You service was good - obviously an efficient e-mail run system is in place. One criticism though I took the trouble to point out the specific area where the PST files needing recovery were to be found but this was ignored and the wrong files recovered. it was only when I insisted that they were where I said they were that you did indeed find and recover them. As you pointed out at the start we had used another recovery company first who had failed to restore the files we wanted and on further inquiry insisted it was not possible to do so - so hats of to Disk Doctor. We will use you again if we need to.

I was hugely happy with the work you managed to save from my hard drive. I have lost quite a few photos but that is NOTHING when I consider you got all of my work files back to me safely - that is truely the MOST important thing.

I found it difficult to be asked the names of folders and files (which I had lost) in order to assist recovery.
I was very impressed with:

• How quickly you got back to me, both with initial response and with a clear diagnosis and prognosis for recovery.
• You keeping regular contact, updating me on progress frequently and regularly.
• Amazed at how much data you were able to recover
• Pleased with prompt return and the way the recovered data was well organised in recognisable folders.

Shakeel was very helpful and the service was really useful as otherwise we would have lost a lot of irreplaceable photos. I still need some help as I cannot work out what has happened with the Outlook files and we are still missing some information from the Shared Laptop. I will give him a call this week to try and work out what to do. If you can not delete what you got from the hard drive until I have spoken to him I would be very grateful. Data recovered.
Easy to communicate by telephone and email. Would have been better to have a choice to be able to have you reinstall and put data back on the machine with new drive installed. Shakeel was also helpful once I had my machine back in the office and struggled to get data on new drive (Entourage). While he was helpful, ultimately my people had to figure it out. I would think you could expand your offering by providing concrete explanations for reinstall. Overall I would recommend you to others. Thanks.

Not on the kind of perfection I encountered, at first hand, recently when I sent you my hard drive for a complete recovery job.
I found your service to be of a thoroughly professional nature. I worried about the possible loss of over 20 years of photographic work - I needn’t have if I had any known then what I know now.
Your receptionist, Shakeel Ahmad is a gem and should be minded. He handled all my calls and concerns with the utmost courtesy and professionalism and returned my emailed queries with the same efficiency.
The service was all I had hoped and indeed prayed for. I got everything back on a set of six DVDs.

If I had one request it would be kept up to date on status. I understand what you do is very technical and progress can be very slow. The service I received was excellent.
You clearly set out the process from the out set and managed my expectations well. You worked to the timescales promised and the ultimate outcome was good. I guess the risk is that sometimes the recovery is unsuccessful and for some customers I guess they leave disappointed. But form my point of view you made this clear from the start. Luckily my data was recovered so I was happy. One small criticism would be on the day I bought the hardware in in you were late arriving, if I had not been more patient then I may of taken my business elsewhere. Some better comms around this would help.

While data recovery is expensive I found the genuine and personal service I received helped calm me down so I could get on with getting my files back (all of which I got back from a destroyed 4TB hard drive!). I've used the Disk Doctors data recovery services since 2008 and have had the opportunity of recommending their services to colleagues and friends. Data recovery is always a time consuming and expensive affair so for me it's important to have a good line of communication with both the supplier and the client, that way all expectations are managed. The service has been excellent and both initial testing and the actual recovery of data was carried out quickly. The hardware supplier needed your report in order to assess the extent of the problem and agree to replace the faulty item. You have been very helpful in providing me with the information requested by the file server supplier. The service is quite expensive and the distinction between the standard and expedited service was rather meaningless, especially for individuals. That said, I would not have any hesitation in recommending your firm to both companies and who may be in a similar situation. Thank you.
