“The service I received was excellent. You clearly set out the process from the out set and managed my expectations well. You worked to the timescales promised and the ultimate outcome was good. I guess the risk is that sometimes the recovery is unsuccessful and for some customers I guess they leave disappointed. But form my point of view you made this clear from the start. One small criticism would be on the day I bought the hardware in in you were late arriving, if I had not been more patient then I may of taken my business elsewhere. “The service has been excellent and both initial testing and the actual recovery of data was carried out quickly. The hardware supplier needed your report in order to assess the extent of the problem and agree to replace the faulty item. You have been very helpful in providing me with the information requested by the file server supplier. The service is quite expensive and the distinction between the standard and expedited service was rather meaningless, especially for individuals. That said, I would not have any hesitation in recommending your firm to both companies and who may be in a similar situation. Thank you.”

“You service was good - obviously an efficient e-mail run system is in place. One criticism though I took the trouble to point out the specific area where the PST files needing recovery were to be found but this was ignored and the wrong files recovered. it was only when I insisted that they were where I said they were that you did indeed find and recover them. As you pointed out at the start we had used another recovery company first who had failed to restore the files we wanted and on further inquiry insisted it was not possible to do so - so hats of to Disk Doctor.
