The data recovery process at Disk Doctors is as follows
Step1. Initial Free Evaluation
The media is evaluated / assessed for the problems.
Step 2. Reporting the Assessment to you and getting your approval
After a thorough evaluation a fixed price will be sent to you for your approval along with an assessment report.
Step 3. Recovering the lost data
On approval of the quote, Data recovery process is performed using our proprietary tools, techniques and our own data recovery software
Step 4. Preparing file list of data recovered
Once the data is recovered from your media, a file list of generated and send for your review so you can confirm you critical data.
Step 5. Returning your lost data
Once you are satisfied with the file list, agreed payment is processed and your recovered data will be delivered to you on the media you specify.
